  2. Cutting down or cutting out completely drinking alcohol
  3. Using mindfulness once or twice a day
  4. Removing negative and toxic people from your life
  5. Cutting the time you spend online— get rid of some of your social media accounts, keep one or two. Unfollow photoshopped celebrities etc. Avoid posting publicly with trolls and keep your friends list/followers list to strictly people you know. Your urge to join in the competition of life online will cutdown. You won't compare yourself so much and you will have more spare time to do things to enjoy and you will avoid massive amounts of negativity, drama and stress.
  6. Declutter your home and get rid of any of your ex's things that serve as an unhealthy reminder. Decluttering will also help you find your things a little easier. Buying storage units and boxes will help put things out of sight.
  7. Make more effort to walk instead of driving. Wake up earlier to walk to work or walk home. When you just go to the corner shop that is 3 minutes away, walk instead. Take the stairs instead of the lift too.
  8. Drink more water. Ensure you're drinking around 8 glasses of water a day.
  9. Try to cook more fresh food meals and less oven ready pizzas. Limit takeaways to once a month. You will save loads of money and your gut will thank you for it.
  10. Avoid doing drugs like opiates, heroin, cocaine etc (obviously) unless it is prescribed to you for genuine reasons. If you were given medication for a short term problem that is now fully solved. Don't get another prescription, let your doctor know of course.
