  2. Right hand is always powerful than left one, so always try to start exercise with your left hand and it will benefit you after a long time. Eg. Single hand tricep curls, Alternate bicep curls, Dumbell one arm row and many other single hand exercises.
  3. Exercise daily for immunity to diabetes, lung cancer and cardiac disease.
  4. Supplements are not steroids.
  5. You are always stronger than yesterday.
  6. Even after getting bigger biceps, you would see yourself small in the mirror.
  7. Once a muscle is created in your body it will stay forever. They shrink when you stop working out but get pumped instantly after lifting again.
