What type of exercises can give you a strong ripped physique?



  1. Run on a treadmill or on open ground up to 5 Kms or more with a backpack carrying between 8–10 kg weight or wear a weighvest containing the above weight.
  2. Do planks with or without weights for around 20 minutes or half an hour.
  3. Do push-ups with or without weights. Perform at least 200 reps in rounds of 15–20 reps per set.
  4. Do tricep dips with or without weights. Perform at least 100 reps in rounds of 8–10 reps per set.
  5. Do pull ups with or without weights. Perform at least 80–100 in rounds of 5–8 reps per set.
If you go through the exercises above, you will notice that it's covering every part of the body to work on it. Also, if you do some of these with use of weights, trust me, you will really look ripped, rugged and hardcore. Almost no regular gym-goer does it, because not only it's difficult but also it takes time, consistency and dedication to perform these kind of workouts every other day.
Now it's up to you whether you wanna do these brutal workouts or easy sissy kind of exercises like bicep curls.

2. Ex Navy Seal David Goggins- He is an American ultramarathon runner, ultra-distance cyclist, triathlete and former world record holder for the most pull-ups done in 24 hours.
On January 19, 2013, in Brentwood, Tennessee, David Goggins broke the world record for the most pull-ups done in 24 hours. He completed 4,025 pull-ups in 17 hours, and set a new world record. It was his third attempt at breaking the record.
3. Famous actor Jason Statham- Before starting his career in movies, Jason Statham was a member of Britain's National Swimming Squad for twelve years. He competed for England at the 1990 commonwealth games in the 10 meter, 3 meter, and 1 meter competitions.
Statham's workout regime includes pull-ups, push-ups, rope climbing and deadlifts. It is closely instructed by Ex Navy Seal Logan Hood
4. Derek Weida- An Ex Airborne infantry sergeant in US Army. His workout regime includes weighted running, Weighted push-ups, Sit-ups and deadlifts.
5. Vidyut Jamwal- He is a popular Indian actor and a professional in Martial arts and unarmed hand to hand combat.
6. Ex Navy Seal Logan Hood- He has trained not only Jason Statham to get a hard rugged physique but also other actors like Zac Efron.
To get to the TOP, you must be willing to do what 99% will not. It comes down to your daily choices and discipline. It's about the small things that you do everyday, when compounded overtime, ultimately creates YOU.
