To lose belly fat you need to fuel your body properly . If someone is telling you they dont work out and eat what they like and they have a flat tummy than either they have high metabolism(they are lieing with you ) or just showing you unrealistic dreams to take your attention.
To reduce the belly fat you need a lower fat% plus you need the tonicity. I will give you 10 rules if you follow that you will 100% loose your belly fat .
- Calculate your Resting Metabolic rate i.e Body weight * 14 -16 and do calorie deficit of 500 calories daily and you will start loosing your fat . Do weight training too as this will preserve your muscle mass and will increase your metabolism.
- Dont eat anything solid(heavy) after 7 o clock in evening . As there will be more cortisol and more cravings so you need to make sure that your dinner is a good one and you dont go for processed foods .
- Sleep is the most important thing . you need to at least have 8 hours of good quality sleep . If this is not happening than body will go in survival mode and start storing fat .
- Make sure your every meal is filled with lean protein , starchy carbs , healthy fats , veggies .
- Dont eat processed foods rather eat whole foods which are fresh .
- Stop drinking your calories i.e stay away from sodas,shakes etc as you wont even know and you will pass your calories intake goal.
- Dont forget to drink water plus eat those foods which are high in water i.e Grapefruit, watermelon, tomatoes, Broccoli, Bell pepper etc
- Do at least 150 mins of activity per week and at least 3 days weight training.
- Snacks meals should be a healthy one . once you starts knowing what you are eating and starts measuring things . you are on right track.
- Have Patience . Trust the progress . Enhance your knowledge and starts learning how your body is responding i.e checking your resting heart rate , Making sure you wakes up fresh up in morning etc .
