What is the best way to stay good-looking?
- Sleep for 6–8 hours.
- Drink warm lemon water as the first thing in the morning to flush out the toxins.
- Exercise for atleast 30minutes. Walk, run, home workout, gym, anything will do. Sweat it out. Welcome home the endorphins.
- Meditate for 10minutes.
- Set priorities for the day.
- Eat 5 over night soaked almonds.
- Eat healthy breakfast. Choose a high protein breakfast, eggs/ protein shake, fruits/ smoothie/ oat meal.
- Drink 10 glasses of water a day. Water is the key.
- Lunch should have lots of veggies , good amount of protein and 20% carbs.
- Sip a cup of green tea in the evening.
- Eat your dinner early, as light as it can be, mostly by 7 p.m.
- Allow your thoughts and actions to be in coherence with each other, most of the stress comes when your thoughts and actions are not running parallel.
- Relax. Everything will fall into place.
- Most importantly, have faith in your heart and a wide smile on your face.
- Believe and stay inspired.
