What is the best way to stay good-looking?

  1. Sleep for 6–8 hours.
  2. Drink warm lemon water as the first thing in the morning to flush out the toxins.
  3. Exercise for atleast 30minutes. Walk, run, home workout, gym, anything will do. Sweat it out. Welcome home the endorphins.
  4. Meditate for 10minutes.
  5. Set priorities for the day.
  6. Eat 5 over night soaked almonds.
  7. Eat healthy breakfast. Choose a high protein breakfast, eggs/ protein shake, fruits/ smoothie/ oat meal.
  8. Drink 10 glasses of water a day. Water is the key.
  9. Lunch should have lots of veggies , good amount of protein and 20% carbs.
  10. Sip a cup of green tea in the evening.
  11. Eat your dinner early, as light as it can be, mostly by 7 p.m.
  12. Allow your thoughts and actions to be in coherence with each other, most of the stress comes when your thoughts and actions are not running parallel.
  13. Relax. Everything will fall into place.
  14. Most importantly, have faith in your heart and a wide smile on your face.
  15. Believe and stay inspired.
